By accessing the website of Bindal Hospital ("www.bindalhospital.com"), using our telemedicine services, booking appointments, or visiting any of our physical branches (Sikar Main, Didwana), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

Emergency situations: Please dial our emergency number +91 9982791880 or visit the nearest emergency room.

Medical Emergency: In case of a life-threatening emergency, do not rely on online communication — visit our 24/7 Emergency Department immediately.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Patients can book appointments via website, phone, or in-person. A valid government ID and accurate medical history must be provided at registration. Cancellation policy: For OPD appointments, please cancel at least 2 hours in advance. For surgeries or procedures, cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to avoid cancellation charges (up to 20% of consultation fee). No-show for scheduled surgery may result in forfeiture of advance payment.

4. Telemedicine & Online Consultation Terms

Telemedicine consultations are provided as a convenience but have limitations (e.g., inability to perform physical examination). You consent to the transmission of your medical data over the internet. Bindal Hospital is not liable for technical failures, internet disruptions, or misinterpretation of symptoms via virtual mode. In-person follow-up may be required at the discretion of the consulting doctor.

5. Payments, Billing & Insurance

All fees for consultations, diagnostics, procedures, and hospital stays must be paid as per the billing policy. Bindal Hospital accepts cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and major insurance plans (cashless facility available for empaneled insurers). Any dispute regarding billing must be raised within 7 days of discharge. Third-party insurance approvals are subject to the insurer's terms; the hospital is not responsible for claim denials.
